Description
The Knuckey CTM3000 wheel track renovator is used to restore tramlines in a single pass using a four-part process, suitable for various soil types and adjustable to different track widths.
The Knuckey CTM3000 is built for heavy-duty use. It employs a four-part process (cut, compress, fill, and flatten) to efficiently remove ruts and leave a flat, stable track.
Key Features:
Working Widths: Easily adjustable to accommodate various track widths from 2m to 4m (and up to 4.5m with customisation).
Transport Width: Folds to a compact 3m for easy and safe road transport.
Weight & Power: The machine weighs between 3.5 and 4 tonnes. A tractor with at least 200-250 horsepower is recommended to operate it effectively.
Components: Features 18-inch adjustable discs, heavy-duty sheepsfoot rollers (460mm diameter), depth wheels to maintain a consistent level with the seed bed, and a final tapered cage roller for a smooth finish.
Durability: Includes an EPDM rubber torsion system on ground-engaging equipment for breakout resistance, Bisalloy furrower protectors, and tungsten-tipped points for extended life.
Hydraulics: Requires four hydraulic remotes for operation, including the folding mechanism, compact roller, and cage rollers.
One-Pass Solution: Ability to complete the entire renovation process in a single pass.
Effective Depth Control: The inclusion of depth wheels, which run on the top of the seed bed, keeps the machine parallel to the ground and prevents it from following the existing rut, thus ensuring a level finish.
Versatility: The machine's flexibility to adapt to different soil types and conditions is a key selling point
